"Les Celliers de Sion SA" General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Preamble
This website sells products and services of Charles Bonvin SA, Philippe Varone Vins SA and Les Celliers de Sion SA. All your orders (wines or wine tourism services) are handled by the service company "Les Celliers de Sion".
Scope of delivery
Online wine orders are only accepted for delivery in Switzerland. For deliveries abroad, please contact the company by telephone on + 41 27 203 56 81 or send an e-mail to info@celliers.ch.
Delivery times
On average, deliveries are made within two weeks of receipt of the order.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs CHF 20 for all orders within Switzerland. There is no delivery charge for orders of more than CHF 500, provided the delivery address is in Switzerland.
Special terms and conditions
A 2% discount is applied to all orders over CHF 1,000.
If you buy directly from Celliers de Sion, you will receive:
- 3% discount for cash payments (credit card, cash or Twint).
- 3% discount if the goods are collected on site.
For purchases made via our online shop, you will receive:
- 6% discount if you collect your goods from Celliers de Sion.
Cancellation of orders and right of return
Cases of non-performance of the contract are subject to Swiss law.
Please note that once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
The customer is obliged to check the items received on receipt. In the event of non-conformity of the order, the customer must notify "Les Celliers de Sion SA" without delay by e-mail to info@celliers.ch or by telephone on + 41 27 203 56 81. Any return of the articles will be organised by "Les Celliers de Sion SA", which will inform the customer of the procedure to follow.
Applicable law
These conditions of sale are governed exclusively by Swiss law. By using the online sales service, customers of "Les Celliers de Sion SA" undertake to comply with all the relevant provisions of federal and cantonal law as well as these terms and conditions of sale.
In particular, they are made aware of the fact that, pursuant to article 38 of the cantonal law on hotels, restaurants and the sale of alcoholic beverages, children or adolescents under the age of 16 may not access the online sales service.
Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is 1950 Sion/VS, Switzerland.
